Job Title: Shower Door and Panel Assembler

We are seeking a skilled Shower Door and Panel Assembler to join our team at YYC Closets and Glass Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling shower doors and panels using various materials and tools. This is a temporary position with a 40-hour workweek, requiring a secondary school graduation certificate and 7 months to less than 1 year of experience.

Work Environment:

The work environment will be noisy, with odours, dust, heat, and cold temperatures. The candidate will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and outdoors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and prepare work areas
  • Inspect products for defects
  • Assemble shower doors and panels using hand tools and power tools
  • Cut and shape materials to fit parts and components
  • Measure and mark surfaces for coverage
  • Monitor construction sites for compliance with specifications
Requirements:
  • Secondary school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs)
