About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Delivery Driver to join our team in Mississauga. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivery services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: You will be responsible for managing our inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping goods. You will use our Navision system to track inventory movement and ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders.
  • Delivery: You will be responsible for delivering mobility equipment to clients in and around the Edmonton area. You will work closely with our Service Coordinators to ensure accurate information and efficient delivery routes.
  • Process Mobility Devices and Equipment: You will be responsible for assembling, repairing, and maintaining mobility devices and equipment. You will also be responsible for storing, organizing, and managing our inventory, including tagging, pricing, and storing mobility devices, parts, and tools.
  • Service Support: You will provide support to our service team, including assembling and troubleshooting mobility and accessibility equipment. You will also be responsible for delivering and picking up equipment and providing assistance with service calls.
  • Team Player: You will work collaboratively with our team to ensure the smooth operation of our warehouse and delivery services. You will be responsible for assisting your team members whenever needed and providing excellent customer service to our clients.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: You will have a high school diploma and at least 1 year of relevant experience in an inventory handling or general warehouse role. You will have an aptitude for hands-on, mechanical work and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Communication Skills: You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be able to clearly and concisely communicate with our team, clients, and vendors.
  • Technical Skills: You will have basic technical skills, including the ability to assemble and disassemble equipment, and participate in inventory counts and reconciliations.
  • Additional Requirements: You will be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have a valid Class 5 driver's license. You will also have a clean criminal background check and be bondable.
