Coveo is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Head of Cybersecurity, reporting directly to the CISO. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and execution of our global security strategy, ensuring robust protection against emerging threats and alignment with industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy that aligns with Coveo's business goals and meets customer expectations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing security team that fosters a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Serve as Coveo's key advisor to the executive team and board on cybersecurity matters, including risk management, incident management, compliance & governance.
- Collaborate with multiple business functions to ensure compliance with relevant policies, regulations, and industry standards.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership role and a proven track record building and executing on a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire accountability and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
- Extensive knowledge of various information security management frameworks and the critical thinking necessary to decide how to apply them to serve different business cases.
