About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist to join our team at ER Bridge. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis

Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the industry.

Marketing Strategy Development

Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including the creation of marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and event planning.

Client Engagement

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.

Performance Measurement and Reporting

Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience

At least 7 months of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a business development or strategy capacity.

Language

Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Work Hours

35 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
