Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to promote client mobility, strength, and functional ability.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Monitor client progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide education to clients and their families on physical therapy techniques and self-management strategies.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance physical therapy services and promote best practices.
Requirements:
  • Master's or degree in Physical Therapy from a recognized institution.
  • Registration with the College of Physical Therapists of Alberta.
  • Experience working in a clinical and/or continuing care setting is an asset.
