Job Title: Sig & Comm Maintenance Professional 1

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance of signaling and communication systems in the train and on the track. This includes analyzing problems related to signaling and communication, applying maintenance processes, and ensuring the safety of electrical and non-electrical personnel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of signaling and communication systems, including conventional and digital signaling.
  • Analysis of problems related to signaling and communication, in partnership with the MRS Guarantee teams and the maintenance signaling and communication leader.
  • Use of signaling and communication tools for analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Reprogramming and changing signaling and communication onboard and wayside parts/components.
  • Responsible person and point of contact for any Sig & Com activity and failure investigation.
Requirements:
  • Engineer, Professional, or equivalent qualification.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Railway Signaling and Communication.
  • Knowledge of Urbalis 400 products and solutions (advantageous).
