Job Title: Gas Station Supervisor

Econo Gas is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gas Station Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our gas station, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train a team of sales staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Manage inventory, including ordering and receiving merchandise, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize overtime.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide insights to management to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
