An Edmonton-based client is seeking an experienced Intermediate Site Development Engineer to lead their team in delivering high-quality site development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple site development projects across Edmonton and Calgary offices, encompassing residential, institutional, and commercial buildings.
  • Oversee all project phases, from planning and preliminary design to detailed design, tender, and construction administration, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technical staff, fostering a productive and focused work environment.
  • Regularly meet with clients to ensure ongoing communication and project updates, addressing their needs and expectations.
