Job Description

Smart Movers is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willing to train.
  • Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, handling heavy loads, and repetitive tasks.
