Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Light Duty Cleaner to join our team at New Era Janitorial Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in our facilities. This includes sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpeting and upholstered furniture, and performing other light housekeeping duties.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Dust furniture and fixtures
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Make beds and change sheets
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries
  • Stock linen closets
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas
  • Clean and disinfect elevators
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
  • Clean changing rooms and showers
