About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services. This will include conducting market research, analyzing data, and creating effective marketing campaigns.

Prepare Marketing Materials

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for preparing a variety of marketing materials, including reports, briefs, website content, and brochures. This will require strong writing and design skills, as well as the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Conduct Market Research

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and consumer behavior. This will include analyzing data, conducting surveys, and gathering feedback from customers.

Manage Digital Presence

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing our company's digital presence, including our website, social media, and online advertising. This will require strong technical skills, as well as the ability to stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends.

Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service. This will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Requirements
  • Education

A college or CEGEP degree in a related field, such as marketing or business.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a business setting.

Skills

Strong marketing skills, including market research, data analysis, and campaign development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and database management software.

Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
