Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Merchandiser to work in one retail location, approximately 11 hours per week on weekdays.

• Design and implement visually appealing product displays to engage customers
• Execute planograms by retrieving products from storage and restocking displays
• Update seasonal displays and pricing as needed
• Place product orders and manage inventory levels
• Develop and execute account-specific initiatives, including bookings, end caps, and marketing programs
• Identify opportunities to add value during store visits and collaborate with department personnel
• Provide regular merchandising support, including maintaining shelves, updating planograms, and correcting out-of-stock issues
• Prepare and submit daily reporting as required

• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in public and with store personnel
• Detail-oriented and highly organized

• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and stand for extended periods
