  • Coordinate maintenance and repair schedules for equipment.
  • Address work-related challenges, offering technical guidance and suggesting improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Train staff on operational duties and company policies.
  • Conduct evaluations of employee performance.
  • Assign, monitor, and review work assignments.
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Maintain an organized inventory system.
