Retail Store Manager

Vince's Kwik-Mart is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and support to excel in their roles.
- Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage our store's finances effectively.
- Order merchandise and manage our inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and ensure our store is well-staffed at all times.
- Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of our sales team, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Organize and maintain our store's inventory, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility and ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Vince's Kwik-Mart is a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be working in a supermarket/grocery store setting, interacting with customers and staff on a daily basis.
