We are seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician to join our team at Audi Downtown Vancouver. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair automotive systems, including engine, electrical, and transmission components
  • Estimate and perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring accurate and timely completion
  • Provide exceptional customer service, advising on work performed and future repair requirements
  • Complete detailed reports to record problems and work performed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in automotive repair and maintenance
  • Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
