Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Play time Playground. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a vital role in creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing child-care programs that support the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of children. You will work closely with our team to create a safe and inclusive environment that promotes learning and exploration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess children's development and create personalized learning plans
  • Develop and implement child-care programs that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive team
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians to ensure a smooth transition for children
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
  • 1-6 months of experience in a child-care setting
  • Member of the College of Early Childhood Educators (CECE)
  • First Aid and CPR certification
