Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems to ensure data security and integrity
  • Authorize the development of specifications for products or services to meet client needs
  • Meet with clients to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure client satisfaction
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and quality results
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources and high-quality results
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or information technology
  • 3-5 years of experience in information systems management or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of data processing and systems, database management, networking software, and programming software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage a large caseload
