Job Title: SAP Human Capital Management Analyst

FortisBC is seeking a highly skilled SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) Analyst to join our Information Systems department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support to all SAP-related systems and processes leveraged by our Human Resources business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure SAP HCM to meet legal, regulatory, and business requirements
  • Participate in workflow improvement projects
  • Analyze and assess business requests and determine options for implementation
  • Resolve time and payroll issues in a timely manner
  • Become familiar with troubleshooting issues and resolve help desk incidents assigned to the team
Requirements:
  • Extensive working knowledge of SAP HCM, particularly Time Management and Payroll
  • Experience with integration between SAP modules and with other systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, plus at least 3-5 years relevant SAP HCM experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Excellent judgement and creative thinking skills in decision-making situations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging partners, writing reports, and presenting research conclusions
