We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Assistant to join our team at Super 8 by Wyndham. As a Laundry Assistant, you will be responsible for operating dry-cleaning and washing machines, dryers, and blow-drying machines to ensure high-quality laundry services for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Laundry Operations: Operate dry-cleaning and washing machines, dryers, and blow-drying machines to clean and finish laundry items.
- Laundry Handling: Hand fold and bag shirts, sheets, and other articles, and hand iron laundered fine linens or dry-cleaned silk garments.
- Quality Control: Check finished dry-cleaned or laundered articles to ensure that establishment standards are met.
- Record Keeping: Record damage or improper cleaning or laundering of articles.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests and respond to their laundry needs.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train.
- Work Setting: Hotel laundry.
