Our rapid growth and success mean we have an opening for an experienced Product Analyst (Data Installer) to join our team in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up Secure File Transfer Protocol connections to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Work with customers to receive and validate data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Develop custom import code to meet specific customer needs.
  • Collaborate with customers to validate data in the application, resolving any issues that arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer support, addressing concerns and queries in a timely and professional manner.

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Graduate of a technical college program.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Outstanding customer support skills to provide exceptional service.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming, JSON, Amazon Web Services, Linux scripting, SQL, and XML.
