About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants of Canada. As a Food Service Team Member, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest quality food and beverages are served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen and dining areas, including cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to order, including operating dishwashers, washing and peeling vegetables and fruits, and portioning and wrapping food items.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving customers, and handling customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, and restock as needed.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment
