Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Welder Helper to join our team at Ben's Fabrication and Repairing LTD. The successful candidate will assist in the fabrication and repair of metal products, ensuring high-quality results and efficient production.

Responsibilities
  • Operate metal cleaning equipment to remove excess welds, rust, scale, and other materials from metal products.
  • Grind or chip excess metal from metal products using hand tools.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas.
  • Load and unload vehicles.
  • Read and interpret work orders.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Ability to work in a dusty and noisy environment.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced fabrication and repair environment, with a focus on quality and efficiency. The work site environment is dusty and noisy, requiring the ability to work in a challenging setting.
