Position: Vice President of Energy Operations

Join Sandborn Roofs & Seals Inc. as a key leader in our Energy Operations division. This role is pivotal in steering the organization towards its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the allocation of resources, including materials, personnel, and finances, to effectively implement company policies and initiatives.
  • Authorize the formation of major departments and appoint senior management roles.
  • Coordinate activities across various regions, divisions, or departments to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls; develop and endorse marketing strategies; and oversee comprehensive human resources planning.
  • Set clear objectives for the organization and develop or approve relevant policies and programs.
  • Act as the representative of the organization in negotiations or official engagements, or delegate this responsibility to appropriate representatives.
  • Select and empower middle managers, directors, or other executive personnel, ensuring they have the authority and resources needed to create optimal working conditions.
Experience Required:

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role.
