We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Part-time Reception Associate to join our team at The BMW Store. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer traffic, and performing administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and direct customers to the correct department or personnel
  • Answer customer inquiries and refer more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person
  • Handle telephone calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Perform clerical duties and accounting tasks as assigned by Management
  • Manage the customer traffic control system
  • Receive and process payments
  • Assist with other administrative duties involving new and pre-owned inventory
Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Strong customer relation skills and ability to work well with internal and external customers
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work and function with all work teams and department levels
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Demonstrated computer skills - MS Word and Excel
