About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Support Worker to join our team at Angel's Touch Home Care Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications to clients as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene, promoting independence and dignity
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering dietary needs and preferences
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and comfortable environment
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote social interaction
  • Assist clients with feeding, using adaptive equipment if necessary
  • Cook meals for clients, taking into account their dietary requirements and preferences
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Certificate of Conduct and First Aid Certificate
  • Punctuality, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, reliability, patience, and honesty
