Key Responsibilities
  • Document technical specifications to ensure that our products and solutions fulfill business needs.
  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive information systems solutions.
  • Provide strategic advice on information systems management and service delivery.
  • Establish policies and procedures to mitigate the impact of security incidents.
  • Oversee the software development life cycle by implementing necessary policies and procedures.
  • Resolve conflicts effectively and conduct usability testing.
  • Utilize automated testing equipment to ensure the quality of our products.
  • Engage with clients post-sale to offer continuous support.
  • Execute and document the outcomes of software application and telecommunication systems tests.
  • Assess and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating systems.
