Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of store staff, including sales associates, stockroom personnel, and management team members.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales and Merchandising: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales and improve merchandising displays.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and stocking of merchandise, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and that stockroom is organized and clean.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and personnel matters, as well as maintain accurate records and files.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
- Health Benefits: Health care plan provided.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
- Language: English.
