Job Title: Home Childcare Provider

We are seeking a reliable and caring Home Childcare Provider to join our team at Maneesh Gupta. As a Home Childcare Provider, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare in a home-based setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for the children.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
  • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents, while also teaching them important life skills.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, helping them become confident and capable individuals.
  • Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding the children, ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, promoting their cognitive and social development.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, ensuring the children receive a balanced diet.
  • Prepare infants and children for rest periods, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments, providing reliable transportation.
  • Tend to the emotional well-being of children, providing a nurturing and supportive environment.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Will train, with a willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of the children and the family.
  • Non-smoking environment.
  • Employer's home, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Relocation costs covered by employer, with a willingness to relocate.
Work Environment:
