Job Description:

The Principal Delivery Consultant - Analytics Solutions is a key role that combines technical expertise in Asset Investment Planning with client empathy to drive successful project outcomes and business growth. As a member of the Enterprise Decision Analytics (EDA) solutions delivery team, you will effectively communicate technical intricacies to clients, crafting tailored solutions that meet their needs.

In this multifaceted role, you will play a critical part in navigating the technical pre-sales process and seamlessly transitioning this understanding into the execution of analytics solutions projects to realize client outcomes and satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include understanding and articulating complex technical nuances to clients, translating their requirements into a solution design, and leading technical demonstrations that align with client needs.

The role of a Principal Delivery Consultant embodies technical finesse, client engagement, and the ability to shape technical solutions that resonate with clients from the initial pre-sales phase through to project completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Articulate complex technical details to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Craft bespoke technical solutions that address distinct client needs and objectives.
  • Deliver technical demonstrations with clarity, precision, and relevance to client expectations.
  • Facilitate seamless project transitions and client-centric technical delivery.
  • Formulate and present technical solutions in the Asset Management sphere, emphasizing technical depth and simplicity.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders across both pre-sales and project delivery phases.
  • Proficiency in statistical programming languages (e.g. R and/or Python).
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Strong technical acumen to craft tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills to deliver technical demonstrations with clarity and precision.
  • Experience spanning the business winning and delivery life cycles, facilitating seamless project transitions and client-centric technical delivery.
  • Familiarity with Asset Investment Planning or Enterprise Asset Management software and the capability to elucidate technical value to clients compellingly.
  • Collaborative mindset to collaborate effectively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders across both pre-sales and project delivery phases.
  • Desirable qualifications include IAM Certificate or Diploma.
