About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team at Dillon Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading business development and project management initiatives, driving growth and profitability for the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute effective strategies to generate and manage a robust sales pipeline, identify and qualify potential customers, and assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Project Management: Provide full spectrum of project delivery, from requirement gathering to commissioning and troubleshooting, for industrial, manufacturing, commercial, municipal, institutional, and infrastructure projects.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, coordinate with utilities, equipment suppliers, contractors, and clients, and provide technical leadership to a team of professionals.
  • Qualifications: A degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university, licensed to practice as a professional engineer, and a minimum of ten years of related professional experience.

  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrated success and expertise in both project management and business development, with a comprehensive understanding of the electrical component of renewable energy-related projects.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead teams of technical professionals on multi-disciplinary projects, with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry Knowledge: Extensive experience in medium and low voltage distribution, motor protection and control, emergency power generation, load calculations, lighting design, fire alarm systems, security systems, video surveillance systems, lightning protection, grounding and bonding, hazardous area classification, short circuit, coordination, and arc-flash studies.
