Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at Wilshire Inn Hotel. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and present financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management and other stakeholders.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work independently.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Office environment with minimal travel required.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
