Job Summary:

Herby Enterprise is seeking a highly skilled and experienced DZ Driver to join our team. As a DZ Driver, you will be responsible for operating a class DZ vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, delivering product to customers, and performing various tasks related to vehicle maintenance and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a class DZ vehicle in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all HTA/MTO laws and regulations.
  • Deliver product to customers using a Bulk, Side bay, or PTG truck, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Perform pre and post-trip inspections on all vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Use a dolly and/or power jack to deliver product to customers, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Lift up to 100lbs in a safe manner, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
  • Work overtime as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to meeting business needs.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ability to complete assigned work in the allotted time, meeting productivity and quality standards.
  • Perform any other duties as requested by the delivery supervisor, demonstrating a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma (GED or equivalent) or higher.
    • Clean driver's abstract, with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Ability to successfully pass all required training, background check, drug & alcohol testing.
