Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions with accuracy and efficiency
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Process money, cheques, and credit/debit card payments
  • Receive payment for goods or services and handle cash and credit transactions
  • Suggestive selling and upselling to increase sales
  • Accept reservations or take-out orders and provide accurate information to customers
  • Work effectively in a team environment and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • Excellent oral communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliability and punctuality
