About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our team at Santizo Healthcare Solutions Inc. As an RMT, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality massage therapy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Assessment and Treatment Planning

You will conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify areas of tension and pain, and develop personalized treatment plans to address their needs.

Massage Therapy Techniques

You will administer various massage techniques, including soft tissue manipulation, relaxation techniques, hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilizations, to promote relaxation, reduce pain and inflammation, and improve range of motion.

Communication and Education

You will educate clients on proper body mechanics, provide guidance on self-care techniques, and explain the benefits and risks of massage therapy.

Record Keeping and Documentation

You will maintain accurate and detailed records of client treatments, including progress notes and treatment plans.

Requirements
  • Education and Certification

You must be a licensed RMT with a strong educational background in massage therapy.

Language Skills

You must be fluent in English, as this is the primary language used in our practice.

Work Environment

You will work in a private practice setting, providing massage therapy services to clients in a comfortable and relaxing environment.

Physical Demands

The role requires manual dexterity, physical stamina, and the ability to stand for extended periods.
