About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Project and Tenant Manager to join our Calgary office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing renovation projects, overseeing construction projects, and coordinating with tenants to ensure seamless project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage renovation projects, including coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and tenants
  • Oversee construction projects, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Collaborate with tenants to ensure their plans are aligned and coordinate utilities and service installations
  • Handle project closeout, including documentation, tenant possession, inspections, and utility coordination

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction, architectural, or engineering-related field
  • Post-secondary degree or education in a related field
  • Knowledge of building systems, building codes, and construction procedures
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
