Key Responsibilities- Oversee staff management and delegate tasks efficiently.
- Analyze market research and trends to assess consumer demand and potential sales volumes.
- Identify merchandise and services to be offered.
- Formulate and execute marketing strategies to enhance sales.
- Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance, including revenues and expenses.
- Assess staffing needs and recruit suitable candidates.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain issues.
- Supervise and guide staff and/or volunteers effectively.
- Organize, direct, and evaluate daily operations to ensure optimal performance.
Manage a team of approximately 5-10 individuals.
