Job Title: Production Associate

Indegene is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Global Commercial Operations team, you will be responsible for the development and assembly of high-quality email content for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program emails in HTML using proprietary tools and training provided
  • Assemble emails using Knak, a primary tool for email assembly
  • Collaborate with local brand and cross-functional teams for layout production and programming of emails
  • Work with the Global Omnichannel Delivery team, Marketing Company Stakeholders, and Preferred Partner Suppliers
  • Participate in meetings to identify potential projects for the brand
Requirements:
  • Graduate/Post-Graduate degree in a related design or advertising discipline, or in computer science or information systems
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JS, and HTML tools like Knak
  • Good interpersonal, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Native oral and written fluency in English
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with key stakeholders
