Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Shift Supervisor to join our team. As a Senior Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and directing warehouse activities related to successful events, promotions, and sales of vendor products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with consumers to create brand awareness and enthusiasm
  • Dynamically sell product to members
  • Support the Event Manager's direction of all associate-related activities engaged in creating daily and weekly events, promotions, profile events, and growing sales of vendor products
  • Coordinate organization and execution of non-food events, road shows, and special events
  • Optimize customer satisfaction/loyalty through improved operations
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-side, branded, consumer-packaged goods company
  • Minimum of 1-year supervisory experience
  • Strong prioritizing skills
  • Knowledge of generally accepted practices, procedures, and standard policy and procedure development techniques
  • Decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Conflict management skills
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, Outlook, and web browsers
