Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
Work Environment

The position is based in a vibrant restaurant setting, where teamwork and collaboration are key.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure thorough cleaning and sanitization of kitchen items, including dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units.
  • Assist in loading buspans and trays efficiently.
  • Operate dishwashers to maintain cleanliness of dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Portion and wrap food items for service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage spaces, appliances, and equipment.
  • Receive, unpack, and store supplies in appropriate storage areas.
  • Manage kitchen waste by removing garbage and trash regularly.
  • Perform floor maintenance by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing.
  • Prepare vegetables and fruits by washing, peeling, and cutting as needed.
