Your duties will encompass working alongside colleagues nationwide, evaluating investment approaches, and aiding in consultant recommendations. Additionally, you will have the chance to cultivate client relationships, facilitate meetings, and guide junior analysts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exhibit expertise in DC and DB plans
  • Act as the primary advisor for mid-sized clients
  • Assist in consultant recommendations and strategic decision-making
  • Perform both quantitative and qualitative assessments
  • Provide mentorship to junior analysts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or economics
  • 5+ years of professional experience in finance or consulting

  • Exceptional communication and project management abilities
  • Capability to execute complex projects within tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
