Job Summary

Ranch Ehrlo Society is seeking a highly skilled Configuration Analyst to join our team. As a Configuration Analyst, you will play a key role in implementing and managing the daily operations of our SaaS applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, test, and implement feature upgrades
  • Design and implement advanced application modules
  • Maintain up-to-date application documentation and workflow diagrams
  • Document configuration changes from default settings
  • Execute service requests and project deliverables
  • Gather requirements to configure applications
  • Consult and implement security and functional roles within SaaS tools
  • Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve SaaS issues
  • Support vendor escalations, service-level reviews, and incident management
  • Monitor SaaS application performance and security
  • Train and support staff on SaaS usage
  • Collaborate with users for feedback and improvements
  • Evaluate and suggest enhancements to current configurations
  • Assist with disaster recovery procedures
Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of two (2) years in application support and maintenance
  • Collaborative and team-oriented
  • Self-driven with independent task management
  • Solution-oriented with improvement recommendations
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and customer-friendly
  • Open to ongoing learning and development opportunities
