Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Nature's Path Foods is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Que Pasa Foods facility in Delta. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently and safely
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed, identifying and addressing root causes
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent downtime and extend lifespan
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure seamless equipment operation and minimize disruptions
  • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the maintenance shop
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or trade experience preferred
  • Experience in equipment maintenance and plant operations, preferably in a food manufacturing environment
  • Strong understanding of electrical control systems and mechanical principles
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent attendance record and ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
