About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team at The Yellow Chili. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing and producing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand's vision and values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Supervise and guide junior graphic designers and graphic arts technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality work.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement visual strategies that meet business objectives.
  • Design and Development
    • Estimate and manage project timelines to ensure timely delivery of graphic designs and illustrations.
    • Develop and produce realistic or representational sketches and final illustrations that meet client expectations.
    • Assist in developing storyboards for electronic productions, such as multimedia, interactive, and digital products, and television advertising and productions.
  • Client Communication
    • Consult with clients to establish the overall look, graphic elements, and content of communications materials.
    • Determine the most effective medium and vehicle for communication to achieve desired visual effects.
  • Project Management
    • Coordinate all aspects of production for print, audio-visual, or electronic materials.
    • Establish guidelines for illustrators or photographers to ensure consistency and quality.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in graphic design.
  • Language and Work Environment
    • Fluency in English.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
