  • Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our means and making the most of our resources.
  • Maintain Records: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights into our operations and helping us to make informed decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate.
Work Environment:

Our fast-paced environment requires a team player who can work under pressure and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
