Senior SAP Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Solutions Architect to join our team in Europe North. As a key member of our AWS Europe North Specialist Solutions Architecture team, you will play a critical role in ensuring SAP customer success on the AWS platform.
Your primary responsibility will be to act as an Amazon ambassador in customer engagements and key efforts directly with SAP partners. This includes collaborating with the AWS SAP Account team on customer opportunities, contributing to AWS' strategy and understanding of the SAP Market, providing architectural guidance and recommendations necessary to promote successful partner engagements, and assisting system integrators in building offerings and technical strategies that will enable them to build and sell their offering on the AWS platform.
We are looking for an expert in SAP products and technologies, with a strong understanding of cloud computing and customer-facing skills. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical skills in both SAP products and cloud computing, as well as customer-facing skills that will enable them to represent AWS well, not only to customers but to the broader SAP community.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the AWS SAP Account team on customer opportunities.
- Contribute to AWS' strategy and understanding of the SAP Market.
- Provide architectural guidance and recommendations necessary to promote successful partner engagements.
- Assist system integrators in building offerings and technical strategies that will enable them to build and sell their offering on the AWS platform.
Experience within specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
Experience in design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures.
Experience in IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
Preferred QualificationsKnowledge of SAP systems (like SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, etc.) and their architecture and infrastructure needs.
Experience in infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking.
Experience working with end user or developer communities.
