We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Jin Dragon Restaurant. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in food preparation, including cleaning, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruits.
  • Help with food presentation, including plating and garnishing dishes.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors.
  • Assist with receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies in refrigerators, freezers, and cupboards.
  • Help with food service, including taking orders and serving customers.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by kitchen staff.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment an asset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
