About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Supervisor to join our team at 1131555 B.C. LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and conducting performance reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for growth and development.
  • Work Assignment and Review: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, and organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
Working Conditions
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
