About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Painters and Decorators Supervisor to join our team at TSS Painting Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate painting and decorating projects, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Train and Develop team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Manage Resources effectively, requisitioning materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Ensure Health and Safety protocols are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues to achieve team goals, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in painting and decorating.
  • Personal Qualities:
    • Reliability
    • Team Player
    • Work Term: Permanent.
    • Work Language: English.
    • Hours: 40 hours per week.
