The Role: Assistant Manager

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our storage facility. You'll be responsible for managing daily tasks, interacting with customers, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting with reservations, lease agreements, and rental payments.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility through regular cleaning and upkeep.
  • Conduct daily inspections of storage units to ensure they are secure and ready for occupancy.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as record-keeping and reporting.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations.
