Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at RAMN'S HEAVENLY VAPES. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
    • Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring the store is adequately staffed and customers are being served efficiently.
  • Merchandising and Inventory
    • Order merchandise, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and that the store is well-stocked at all times.
    • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that products are stored and displayed in a way that maximizes sales.
  • Customer Service
    • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our store.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 40 hours per week.
